A Letter in Mind Exhibition

by | Art, Exhibitions, Illustration, Inspiration

As you may know, we have been working with The National Brain Appeal to help show off all of the amazing entries online for their upcoming exhibition ‘A Letter in Mind’ which aims to raise funds for the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London.

The charity has searched the United Kingdom for artists and designers to submit their interpretation to the title ‘A Letter in Mind’ using a white envelope at a starting point. With submissions that have been sculpted, cooked, deconstructed, collaged, sewn, drawn, printed and painted on, alongside absolute imagination, each piece feels somewhat personal and extremely well thought out.

The exhibition has received submissions from both emerging and established artists including Peter Abrahams, Jo Addison, Kit Boyd, Chris Haughton, Grayson Perry, Elisa Sighicelli, Natasha Kidd, Gill Rocca, Amin Taha and Frank Kiely.

Each piece will be sold for £80, and with 276 artists showcasing their creativity we are sure that it will be a success.

To see the amazing talent behind this extraordinary exhibition and express your interest in owning a one-off piece of art head over to the A Letter in Mind Exhibition page.

Please note that expression of interest begins on Thursday 2nd October 2014.
